HSC offers assessments for Mental Health and Substance Use difficulties. The majority of assessments are on a walk-in basis, Monday - Friday from 7:15am - 9:30am. An individual may also choose to request a scheduled appointment time for the assessment. A questionnaire must be completed prior to the assessment. The questionnaire can be obtained by stopping in and requesting one, or by asking for one to be mailed.
HSC offers DUI Evaluations, and these are done by appointment only.
